TSM Tai, why are you eating those beans after such a short period of sprouting?? Tai: I tried to clarify that it was 4 days of sprouting actually. I am not attached to them that length. I can let them grow longer. TSM That is definitely not a good idea. You couldn't pay me to eat those. Tai TSM, you are so unique. You are very noble when it comes to food. Actually, I would have

TSM: They are even better again when grown with a weight sitting on the beans...doing this makes them more juicy and plump so they are much better for eating. tai this makes sense. this explains how the Sprout man made such juicy bean sprouts in the tribest sprouter. Tsm Growing them in indirect light makes them tough and fibrous. tai I can attest to that, when you try to grow long

Hi La Veronique, You can ask Sproutarian man how he gets long mung bean sprouts. I have the round plastic electric sprouter from Tribest that the Sprout man (now deceased; different from Sproutarian Man) used to make really long sprouts, but then I stopped using it because I don't like plastic. When I make them in a mason jar, they don't grow as long. Just experiment. The different c

fresh wrote: I do eat "wet" dates. not dried. Tai The topic of wet vs dried is a little confusing. The "wet" dates are still dried. I know they can eventually ferment after months, if left out of the refrigerator, whereas a truly dry date will not. However, I ate dates off the stem (a truly wet date) and they were not exactly ripe. They seemed nice on the teet

Thanks for sharing this Fresh. I think everyone should read the passage below taken from the interview (for those that didn't read the whole thing. This is the first time I read or heard him taking issue with DR and Freelee for promoting date eating/chewing (without liquefying, as in datorade), but I am glad that he actually spoke up earlier about it: Mike: When I first got into this diet,

Certified organic from India I really didn't think they were going to sprout. I tried one time and they didn't sprout after the usual 24-36 hours, so I figured they were irradiated. Then I tried again and got so busy that I just left them alone. To be honest, I think it took more than two days for only some to sprout. And then it took easily 4 days for them all to sprout. Sprouted blac

The story of a fruitarian-raw vegan who removed her breast implants. She experienced subpar health and removed them, and during the surgery, she saw some black lump removed, as well. In hindsight, she wishes she would have had it analyzed, and the above stories confirm she should have.

To Fresh, I didn't read that in his book. I picked his brain. (I also only skimmed their books). He proved it to himself. he wasn't trying to prove it to anyone else. There are bacteria in soil. As far as other deficiency...that's not appropriate to talk about. It wasn't something he admitted; it was just something I observed.

I once had dinner with Patricia Bragg and I found her to be a very nice woman. We met at an expo and she took a liking to me and invited me out to dinner wherever I wanted to go. I picked a raw vegan restaurant and she asked me to order whatever I wanted. We are from such different generations that most of the dinner was me just listening to her, looking at her uniqueness and not saying that mu

Ok, I read it SueZ and I read Michael's response. Maybe one day I will share my own experience of using sapphires (even star sapphires, natural ones at that) and gemstones and crystals in healing. I don't have time for any of this. I am going back to my herbal and natural healing world. I wasn't even welcome on the 30 bad forum way back when because of my views on oxalates and perhaps

SueZ, I am not exactly impressed with the high fruit crowd when people can't even help fix other people's cavities without the dentist's help, but I truly and sincerely don't understand where you are coming from. SueZ If Michael Arnstein has had so much damage already to his nerves on his hclf diet he's promoting that even B12 shots and pills weren't enough to help that's worth telling the community about, isn't it? SueZ: How dare Arnstein. Tai: I think Arnstein dared because he got something like 27 cavities in a year or more from dates and found there is risk in eating a high sugar diet. He found that some vegan foods can actually cause big problems, even if they are considered raw. It's easy to assume that if dates can cause so many problems, what would eating a pound of sugar do in a day? Is that

I forgot how to post a pic and I just relearned, so I am late in posting this one. This was a typical haul from one of my farmer's markets last month. I go to two a week usually and I get more greens from another one. Two things that Victoria has pointed out include: 1) Orlin didn't eat this infamous cake 2) As Mike V confirms above, the cake was for MIke A's and VIctoria's daughter's small private party and was not fed to the paid attendees. 3) The wedding didn't even happen in 2015?! This happened in 2014?! Niko went to the festival the year after?! As gross as the story is about the cake, it was for t

I did say I don't know any ordinary human natural healers who would dare drink a vial of active virus. Bacteria are not so scary. In fact, Lou Corona depends on bacteria to break down his nuts and seeds for him on a daily basis. Many vegans are into probiotics. Most people wouldn't try ingesting dangerous bacteria, needless to say. Anyway, Fresh, I don't think we really disagree here. The

Hey Fresh, if you read my responses, I said "supposedly" the chef ordered Orlin to do that. Which means I wasn't fully believing it without proof of some kind. I was just going along with the alleged incident and calling out Orlin for doing something which he knew was wrong, since he is so HIV aware. As far as it sounds, Orlin did fish out used coconuts from the trash and there was at

Hi Fresh, I peeked at Dueburg. Before I comment on his theory, let's just talk about herbalist Richard Schulze. By the mid 90s he already had like 15 AIDS cases that were cured. One guy had a t cell count of like one or something and was slated to die the day he took him on. In the end, he had no HIV viral load and was normal. So, the cases that were "cured", the HIV viral load b
