No...I don't usually use weights when I train...I used weights in the vids to see if I had lost any strength from doing bodyweight and I haven't.

Hey Richard, I was wondering if you could measure your vertical leap for me?

I'm a basketball player so I'm very interested in jumping...

A vertical leap is how high you can jump with no runup or step. It's usually measured by high you can reach and then how high you can reach with a jump and taking your reach away from your jump.

Online you get so many phoneys which say that they've got 50inch vertical leaps which is sheer bollocks.

In reality, anything above 15inches is respectable. Obviously your not training for vertical leaps but it would be pretty interesting to say the least.

BTW, vertical leaps are an extremely highly rated test of athletes. They measure NFL players at the combine as it is a test of raw power. It's just that on the internet people are completely deluded about it. I used to be able to dunk and I would tell people that I had a 36inch vertical but I was shocked to find out that I only had a 19inch...

Hey Dude, man - you look great in shape. Guess you has been always a sporty guy...
Any tips for a special diet to support the training effect? Are you working with heavy weights and less excersises - or with lighter weights and more excersises?

I am on raw since a year. We have been so enthusiastic that we opened a raw restaurant in Ibiza / Spain.

Have a great new year!
