182. Re: sugar
go get some dates from the store. If i can get them in sioux falls, south dakota, you should be able to get them in chicago. Sorry about that, maybe you don't like them like me. But, they sure are great for a sweet tooth and have lots of calories.

If you are in the habit of eating simple now, you are better off. The more simple your approach, the easier to digest and the more benefits you will have. I should add, its more appropriate for most. Yeah, lots of the dishes you see look good, but you are better off simple. Indulge everyone once in a while. That's a hard concept for me so I try to avoid too many ingredients.

Neat recipe/social network site that really lets you specify your likes and dislikes. Based on that it starts recommending recipes. Don't like vinegar? Let it know and all vinegar based recipes are excluded. Hate dates? Mention that and you'll never have to deal with that drivel again. I'm not just a spokesperson I'm a member!

188. Re: dates
I've had both the medjools and deglet noors. I got on a medjool kick for awhile been then returned to the deglet and stuck with them for some time. I prefer the texture and flavor. Now, I've found that regardless if they're a deglet or a medjool, their origin and supplier means makes a big difference. These deglet noors I recently got have their origin in Tunisia, check the link in the firs

I'm from the midwest of the U.S. so I'm not going to claim to be an expert on all things that are Dates, but I had some Deglet noors from that I purchased at a local store that forced me to question my sexuality. These dates were so succulent that they melted in my mouth. They don't appear to be organic but the life changing flavor masked the roundup and my cares. I'm sure their is

wow, lot of debate, sounds like this yeast thing is multifaceted, multidimensional, and multi alot of other things. It would seem that each scenario could be very dependent upon certain physiologic issues relevant to the individual. Here's a completely ignorant statement: to me it seems that neither a medical textbook or wikipedia can accurately represent the conditions of each individual an

yeah, they base the numbers on two months of eating this way. Why would the nutritionist stop if he believed it was worth doing?

Although this might not be the best place for this, I think it needs to be looked at. And, no, I won't be doing this for anything in the world.

I don't know. Can someone educate me? Also, I planeted some seeds from a prickly pear that I found. It is hard for me to find photos of a seedling on the net. Does this look like a possible seedling? Sorry about the quality of photos! Thanks,

Starting out, steamings fine. Starting out, eating lots of nuts is fine. How do you feel? Its about making steps you are comfortable with. I'm not familiar with Vata/Pita, though, but I'm sure someone on here is.

When I consume dates and drink water at the same time or in close vicinity to each other, I get a stomachache for about 5 minutes and then feel fine. If I eat dates and wait about 20 minutes to drink water I have no bad effects. Any ideas as to why? And boy do I get a rush on dates. One of these things I need to play it safe with including for the stomachaches.

response! response! response! It really has worked for me. I do wish I would have had Rawgosia's approach more and it would have come nauturally. But, in all consideration, my version has been adopted to fit me and enjoy how I am doing it now. I have seen mention that water intake can be at a minimum on this way of living. After a discussion with my anatomy professor I decided to try a g
