I agree with coco on that, its amazing in my omega... I have been buying coconuts lately as the brown ones have dropped to $1 each here, and eating them as an occasional treat...quite yummy in smoothies too.

to be honest, im mildly envious of those who can feel this way from chocolate or caffeine, neither seems to have the tiniest effect on me in that way, I feel a bit more focused and calm though, Apparently thats common for anyone who has true ADD/ADHD, such stimulants calm us down and help us focus.

i dunno, if its organic, and you are juicing it, I cant see it hurting (Ive juiced it a number of times, was tasty with other juice...never juiced JUST lemon grass though...) if there is anything unsafe about it, I have no idea...never even looked it up, I had been making lemongrass/lemon balm tea since I was a kid though so I didnt think there would be any issues, with either plant...

it is legally considered littering, sure there is obviously a huge moral difference, but unfortunately the law does not feel it is different... littering fines are HUGE so id be a bit more careful about it...

Rock and roll? no, ive not noticed it moving anymore than this cheap blender I got, it does vibrate more though, to keep things from getting to smooth though, one only has to not blend it as much...hehehe... being extra smooth has been great with smoothies, they are more enjoyable, but it DOES make it more difficult to "chew" the smoothie... or at least to remember to do so... ive start

wow, that sounds cool, the only friend I personally know who did the laser, had horrible blistering... laser also works best apparently for people with really light skin, and dark colored hair, the more contrast between the two, the more effective it is... so it may actually work quite well for you!

lol, im sure they are both awesome, buuuut mine was an awesome deal, AND it makes some pretty smooth hummus, after adding a bit more oil to it, it actually became the smoothest ive ever had, was chunkier be4... unfortunately, I think I preferred it less smooth, im a big texture person, picked up some more garbanzos today though, thy shall be put in the hummus shortly, in fork mashed chunks... mmm
