Add more nuts and seeds to your salads/smoothies. make sure any smoothies you make are 500Kcals minimum, so use 3-4 bananas per smoothy. Eat salad from a huge salad bowl, not a plate.

What do people think of tinned fruit? Do you use it much, I find it quite useful for the hard to find ripe fruits like peach and mango.

5. Re: Fruit
Yes Prana is right.. it may be an issue of what fruits you're combining. Try to avoid stodgy fruits like dates/raisens with high water fruits like orangers and apples. Raisens especially will cause gas if combined with the wrong foods. If you're not combining fruits then I reccomend oats for the highest quality/healthy complex carbs. Raisens go well with oats. If not try fruits smoothies with lot

What do people think on the issue of oxidization in smoothies? Dr Brian Clements of Hippocrates says that 90% of nutrients are destroyed by the process. Do you agree with this assertion?

I concur with Prana, this sounds like a Calorie issue.
Start measuring the amount of Calories you put into each salad. Add a handful of nuts to flesh out the salad a bit more. Make smoothies with a -minimum- of 4 bananas. Make a nutmilk once a day for extra kcals and fat.
Forget about eating salads from a plate, you need a big deep salad bowl. Eating salad off a plate simply wont be a big

Yes consciousness supressing junk food is just one of the many tools the elite use to keep us sick, ignorant and misinformed. That, combined with American idol, football and Call of duty is bound to keep Joe six-pack from asking too many questions.

^ Not sure if trolling. Put a banana and a raw potato in a baby crib, which do you think it will go to?

10. Re: Raw Potatos
Let logic dictate what you should and should not eat friend.
Banana sure, raw potato not so much. Doug Graham talks about this in his 811 book. If you want some good, relatively clean complex carbs go with oats. Uncooked oats and raisens with water are great.

Anyone know how much nutrients are extracted when you make nutmilk? Lets say I blend 200g of almonds and sieve out the pulp, How many calories does that make? I've tried researching this elswhere but had minimal findings. Also are all nutrients/fatty acids successfully removed from the pulp? I wonder if its just better to drink the blend as it is without sieving the pulp just to ensure you get al

Oats are the healthiest complex carbs imo. Oats with raisens and water are perfect running fuel.

I have never, and will never understand 'I am leaving' threads on internet forums. Its not like you're going on a 6 month backpacking trip around the Himalayas. Just dont read threads you're not interested in.

About 30 small radishes to 1 cucumber.
Banana who, whats an energy soup? Sounds like just a smoothy poured into a bowl
I had that smoothy last night, and today my skin feels so soft and velvety, and is shining. A radish and cucumber smoothy is very beautifying.

What are some of the most simplest uses? I dont want to spend 12+ hours using a dehydrator or whatnot. Can I just eat the pulp as it is? Is it good for freezing?

Yeah cold showers in general are better for health. Ive been on them for the last few months and rarely have hot showers any more.
Benefits of cold showers -
As one form of hydrotherapy, the health benefits of cold water therapy are numerous. Cold showers provide a gentle form of stress that leads to thermogenesis (internal generation of body heat), turning on the body’s adaptive repair

28. Re: Best oils?
Cool thanks, how long should a bottle of olive oil keep once I open it? Should I store it in the fridge? How many tablespoons of oil would you use on 1 salad? (on average)
I read one tbsp of oil has 120 kcals, thats an extremely robust source of calories right there. And fat is something I struggle with. Gonna pick some up tommorow
