I think there areee a little too many quick-to-judge things going on here. It's not that someone may feel emaciated because it is raw food, but because there isn't enough nutrients in the food they are eating. It's easier to get more calories from cooked food, yes, this would be the only thing you could give to that right away as their reasoning - other then calories in raw food like nuts and f

I wouldn't go so far as to say what is normal is only relatable to a diseased population, man. you should just try to vary your diet as much as you can, not necessarily eliminating certain things for good, but having something of different things way more often? Just an idea; I've been thinking about variation a lot lately. But I'm no doctor or analyst for those things...so i can't sta

well, what bleach does is basically melt off your skin - it was probably recommended to get rid of the dead skin of the rash or something? No one should jump to conclusions and say it's cruel, i'm sure that's not what the doctor or the mother intended to do to her children.

i tried a kumquat and it was NOT good; i could taste the citrusy oil on the outside and it reminded me of a lemon. the produce guy that let me try one tried one with me and we both looked at each other like, AH haha; maybe it's just because they're from a different country and they have to get shipped and blahdedbaadadaa anyone tried a fresh kumquat with delight, or do they just fail?

The reason why you would loose weight or not gain any weight is because of the medium chain saturated fats in the coconut -- it goes straight to the liver to be converted to energy, unlike the long chain saturated fats found in meat and other oils and things.

ferrooww, psuedograins (or psuedocereals) are called true cereals, unlike wheat which is a grass; so they are actually seeedss.. these are things like quinoa and millet quinoa also has a balance of essential amino acids --wheat does not so there are quite some more differences..I'm sure you could find more online! i'm not saying wheat is bad though; of course if you have gluten all

I mean, then again, a lot of fruits are highly hybridized too, in America. I think U.S. has the most confusing aspect of food compared to most other countries. We're just young, and not as developed, haha.

people have been cultivating wheat for a significantly short time in the human lifespan which is probably why there are so many allergies to gluten; most other things (pseudograins; non-gluten things) are specified as better to eat by most oriental doctors and nutritional hygienists (in moderation; I saw one suggest a higher vegetable intake compared to grains). I think if you don't have an alle

yeah apes eat different fruits and leaves then us also, unless you want to live in the rainforest and copy what they do exactly they probably won't like you doing that though I don't intend to get into any "argument" or duel..I just think that your reasoning is irrational and that you don't realize what you are typing. I like to take a good look at every side I can.. I agree tha

I guess no one can really tell you the best way...You've kind of got to discover that yourself. But I think that's the fun part; there's always a greater feeling of accomplishment if you make notes on yourself and in turn figure out what makes you happiest. Other then that, i would research what optimal calories and vitamins and minerals to get and then opt for that only with whole foods, and i

I understand it is not a fact, but an opinion, that oil is going to make your blood thicken. A good example of oil is coconut oil, which is a specific MCT fat which goes directly to the liver and used for energy, in turn stabilizing blood sugar levels. Many people reap benefits from coconut oil; as well as those that eat whole coconuts. I think if you get too specific in what you're eating

primates do not thrive on only fruits and leaves; they in fact do eat nuts bugs and meat, however little the percentage, it's a percentage and we are also long since derived from an ape. think about what you are doing and make sure you're feeling right; calories are very important, and light headedness is probably low-calorie intake and low blood pressure.. My lightheadedness went away when i

Woah.. It's kind of painful to read some of these posts. I mean, personally, I don't think you're detoxing and I don't think it's right to say it's ok for you to eat that little for your size. I mean, I'm 5'5", 17 and a girl and I eat more then you. Somehow I don't find that normal. Go on nutridiary, plug in your food meals, check how many calories you should be getting and make sure y

Brendan brazier talks about it as good because of it's power to slowly release energy (fructose). I guess if it doesn't cause any big problems for you, you shouldn't be scared to use it. Just not on EVERYthing. Sugar is so over used in the U.S. >> packaged things, restaurants, canned things, BOXed things..everything.

once again, it's not as simple as stating it as just "early man"- there were so many stages. And as some did scavenge, they also hunted. Even chimps hunt, they actually created the spear. Though most ..early men.. ate MUCH less meat in comparison to the western diet (in different parts of the timeline). Of course we are MORE alike with chimps then with tigers. But who called us car
