Well, in the spirit of this thread's origin, I'll add my preference for viral protection (in addition to healthy diet, exercise, and sleep): elderberry syrup. Not exactly a whole food, but innocent enough and seems to help for avoiding colds and flu.

Check the label, because nowadays many brands of raisins (including organic and bulk) are adding oil to avoid clumping. If there's nothing on the label for the bulk item, check with the store to make sure. If it looks shiny, good chance you're getting oil with your raisins (sorry, sigh).
But then again, if you don't mind the oil, at least the organic raisins are using organic oil.

Judge just ruled that Trump's EPA could not (yet) roll back rules for grizzly bears that have protected them from hunting since the 1970s. With hunting season about to start, those bears would be prized targets and maybe soon end up on someone's floor and/or wall.
Would a true vegan support that?

The first amendment rights go to the owner(s) of the site, not to the people visiting the site.
Civil rights laws would probably protect Alex Jones from suspension if the reason were his race or religion. But no one can be forced to

So, if we can accurately conclude that a state's level of wealth is associated with the dominant political party (BIG "if" ), how do we know whether the level of wealth was generated by the dominant party or whether the dominant party is chosen as a result of the level of wealth?
