Thanks for the quick reply. This was my first time to make beet juice. did not check online. I used one beet root to make juice with 2 pieces of watermelon. It was almost 28oz. I felt horribly nauseous after drinking it and vomited after several minutes, So, I should stay away beet juice?? what if I cook them, will I get vomited also? Thank you.

Hi all, Today, I went to whole food store and bought organic gold beets. I decided to make beet juice. I washed beet roots and cut in small pieces. Then made juice using Blentec blender. Hi all, I am at 50% raw which I drink mixed friuts and green vegetables juice for less than a year. Recently, checked with a dentist and found out two teeth have cavities. Hi Prism, Sorry about confusion caused. I am on the way to approach 100% raw(ultimate goal) after reading the book "How I Conquered Cancer Naturally" by Eydie Mae Hunsberger. Recently I am just bothered by my skin change (yellow or sallow indicated in my posts). Hi all, Two months ago, I noticed that I look so yellow.
