Most use a combination of white vinegar & baking soda with water. Some also add lemon. There are pre-made ones at the health stores. It's best to soak produce in the solution for a bit, if you can, and to also have a veggie scrub brush.

Welcome to raw! If you use a good natural cleaning method, you should be okay doing conventional. Gotta do the best with what you have as it sounds like you're doing. Next time get the Bragg's apple cider vinegar as the spectrum isn't raw.

Peanut butter isn't raw and it's very toxic too. Best to substitute with almond butter. You can buy truly raw peanuts, but they're rare and don't taste anything like normal, SAD peanuts

Immediately! It's a huge part of who I am and my life. So anyone talking to me will know this within a very short time frame-most likely within the first 30-60 minutes. If you're confident in who you are and what you are doing, what others think really shouldn't matter. Even if it may bother you some, if you act confident, it won't bother others as much. Pretty much everyone I've talked to is

Raw garlic helps keep mosquitoes from biting. Use to get bitten like crazy & was hanging out with a neighbor one night & he was scratching everywhere like I use to & nothing was happening to me. I use it in salads, salsa, soups, etc.

I find myself loving raw more & more (been raw for 2 yrs 9 mo). I am especially addicted to salads, which I never thought I could be. The key is to use a variety of different recipes & foods & get creative. It may be as simple as adding herbs & spices to change it up or using a fruit or vegetable you haven't tried. Sometimes it could mean eating more gourmet raw meals. I sometimes
