I prefer sticking with a simple peeler. One less gadget and it works well.

Vitamix is the best tool for improving your health. Smoothies are delicious! They're nothing like juice. There are many who use carrots in it, but carrots really aren't necessary altogether if you don't like them in your smoothie. You can make juice in it if you get a strainer bag, so then you have the option of both. Also remember all the other wonderful things you can make such as soups, puddin

The Omega Vert VRT330 Juicer is the best, easiest juicer I ever had. It practically self-juices.I've tested several and also have owned some for awhile. Never had the pulp issue or heard anyone else have it. Are you sure you have the pulp ejection plug in?

Marine Phytoplankton-my new fave. Either one of the others is good, though keep in mind Pure Synergy is not 100% raw due to the chinese herbs. Still a great product though. Vitamineral Green is the most popular. Chlorella powder is another good one.

Powders, just like anything you consume, can be good or they may not be. It can depend on the quality and whether you notice obvious effects from them or not. Though even if you don't, they may be doing something good. Too many people have positive benefits to discount them completely. Obviously fresh is usually best in most cases, but powders are concentrated and can help with many health issues

Smoothies, blended salad, soup-it's really all the same. You can choose how you want to make them and what ingredients. You can drink a soup, you can eat a smoothie with the spoon. It's all good. And tasty too.

I LOVE the hemp butter. I've used it: On apple slices-either alone or with a dash of salt. Mixed with bananas in a bowl With frozen bananas for ice cream In a green smoothie Added to soups as a thickener and for nutrition. Many other options. I usually don't need salt or sweetener added, but at first you may want it.

Keep it simple. Surround yourself with raw at home and when out. Supplement with pre-made raw food if you can't make your own or don't want to. There's tons of great recipes on here & other raw websites.

Yes, it's could not to restrict yourself at the beginning of raw. There's tons of ways to make salads more flavorful with all the varieties of veggies, spices, herbs and other ingredients. Plenty of raw dressings you can make or simply use lemon juice or oil. You can also make other heavier meals such as soups, smoothies, wraps with a spread, zucchini pasta, etc.

Soaking releases enzyme inhibitors, while the good ones are ruined when you don't. So it's beyond just digestion, but nutrients.

The calories don't matter. Neither does the amount of fat for someone transitioning. Everyone needs to stop scaring away the newcomers who are doing the best they can. Just encourage.

They're completely once soaked without any other requirements. They don't even have to be soaked, but you get more nutrients that way.

Seems simple to me, especially when someone is new to raw. I had thought before going raw that it would be hard too. Turned out to be the easiest diet I ever did.

Glass for food. Have various ones for home. A stainless steel insulated one for when out. Plastic for my water bottle that has a built-in filter. Not the worst plastic, but could be better.

I was never impressed with Larabars. Way to tiny and does nothing to satisfy hunger. Way better raw bars & other snacks available. Unfortunately they're not usually in the stores.

It's amazing how your tastes adapt to healthy eating. I use to not like goji berries. Now I love them.

Love Force bars-These are my favorites because they're so big and dense compared to the average bar that they're more a filling snack or small meal. recommended flavors: Granola Cacao, Goji Lemon, Fig Ginger. Gopal's Brownies-also a good size, not a chocolate substitute but good.

They shouldn't go bad for quite awhile. Will last even longer in the fridge or freezer. Good in desserts too.

It's important to use good natural products on your teeth. What products have you tried? People remineralize all the time, so it is possible.

Chlorella, when good quality, is delicious, which you probably can't tell in a regular fruit smoothie. Tastes best when mixed with water in a bowl or in green soups. It's now one of my favorites because it's the only green powder that doesn't taste awful and is perfect as a portable meal.

I never used a dehydrator, but bought pre-made snacks and food. It has lessened greatly each year. Now I very rarely eat them. It's definitely the best way to go not eating them from the beginning if you can. They're great for those that struggle with raw or are transitioning. Later we're meant to simplify our diet. I agree it can also be an issue with craving more of those foods when you eat
