It was regarding participating in a forum when neither high-raw nor vegan. It had to do with aspiring to something and yet not needing a time table. I wish I could get more people to feel okay regardless if they are doing raw vegan or just curious about it. Some folks feel like if they cannot sustain this diet or haven't started it, then what's the use? Just being around those who eat a plant-bas

Maybe "Does anyone out there know if...?" But in any case, I do apologize. Being onine can sometimes not bring out civility in a person. I should have left that one alone. Peace.

LOL--I get it. The OP is exactly what I was referring to so that is probably why it was posted. Well-played, dear! Because is this how we want to view our sustenance? Are we test tube babies? Beakers? Lab rats? Can we balance health and food that tastes good? Isn't it OCD/orthorexic to worry about phytic acid? Isn't it too 3D, too worldly and body-conscious?

Interesting OP...Groundhog Day is Feb. 2nd, no? I seem to recall having this discussion before. If you are seeking everyone's opinion, then it would seem to me that you wouldn't have to specify a couple of posters. We also have a PM feature for those who wish to have private discussions on raw foods. I realize that some enjoy using it as a way to talk about other people behind their backs

Hi, Powerlifer (Why don't we have the waving smiley?) Anyway, why are you on this forum if you think this doesn't work? What is the end game for you or even the attraction ,eh?

Okay, okay... So Megan Elizabeth is now posting cooked recipes. At least did one the other day. I believe she even has an e-book with some. Rawvana ate her first cooked dish in a few years. Is she now gonna be RawTill4-Vana? Freelee used to show her amazing variety of fruits she was eating all day and recently she was talking about vegan gummi worms. I even heard Matt Monarch the oth

Could you elaborate? You are speaking of Australia? Now I heard that it is expensive to buy fruit there. Was it mostly about the price or on the farm were you able to eat whatever, whenever? I am interested in your experiences but you didn't provide much to go on.

I know! She just did one hiking on a mountain and said it was close to her yet I have heard comments that made their climate seem very warm and I just didn't understand how somewhere that far north could be like that.

My theory is a bit different. Some come from serious health issues, including morbid obesity. And detoxifying is key, it would seem, to shedding that excess weight in a healthy and rapid manner. Eventually when the acute situation is no longer present, cooked food isn't seen as bad anymore. Which it probably isn't. IMO, any dis-ease or dis-order has an energetic component--psychological/spiri

I just watched a video this morning with a raw fooder making a cooked recipe. This is someone who had RAW in their channel name at some point. Even though I am subscribed to said channel, I didn't notice when the same changed and RAW was gone. Last night I watched a long-time "guru" stating that they had changed their views about cooked food. And I continuously watch in amazement as

Where does anyone get the idea that reviewers created their reviews before the release date, which was yesterday 1/5? I only saw reviews on that date.

Why should we believe the RDA requirements? What kind of work do you do? You don't sound anything remotely like a natural hygienist. I wish Amazon would stop allowing the practice of companies giving freebies in exchange for reviews. Even when they are open about having done so, people tend to be generous in their assessment when they get free stuff and it affects the ratings.

I can imagine Kristina having lots of rave reviews. She certainly has them on her channel and she promoted pre-orders so it doesn't surprise me.

Good morning! This is a vegan forum so people here are not all 100% raw but at least promote an animal-free diet. It sounds like you need to sit with yourself and get very organized mentally on what exactly your objectives are so that you know precisely what to do regarding substitutes for dressing, what to do when offered cooked food that is not part of your eating options and how raw you

In being motivated to respond, I happened to notice that this post is almost a year old. I looked at the activity of this person and it was only one post altogether. So hopefully s/he was able to continue but from that post, it doesn't look like that was the case. Salad bars are dicey. You have to invest TIME into your new lifestyle. If you want the benefits without having to prep your own foo

I was watching that John Kohler video with Viktoras yesterday. I really enjoyed it. I heard Viktor mention that you can get certified there or whatever. Wanted to know more about this.
