Hey folks, I need to find an eggless mayo recipe that keeps in the fridge. Preferably not with cashews. I tried one and it seemed rather grainy and then I read it said that cashews are not good for mylks because they have soluble fiber and it cannot be filtered out. So the texture isn't the best. It's funny because I make an amazing cashew cheeze sauce that seems very creamy and not grainy but oh

I like cauliflower raw just fine but I rarely eat broccoli raw. I am sure many people are with me on this because it's pretty tough stuff. I am not adverse to it but I have always found myself steaming it rather than eating it heat-free. So sometimes I am adding it to other stuff (stir-fry, for instance) and want it tender beforehand. I found that steaming takes forever and it seems to go from

Fine! Be that way! I cranked up the Google and found out and it's not really raw because they are trying to deactivate the enzymes in the leaves for some reason. Sooo fuggetaboutit is the bottom line.

Can a person make Sun tea and brew it without boiling and it will be considered raw? I mean, are the tea leaves really raw?

Are you mindful of properly combining certain fruits? For instance, now we're in melon season. I NEVER eat cantaloupe and then any other food right away because it is so watery it can cause fermentation quickly. For some reason watermelon is not as bad but I still try to eat both on an empty stomach usually. It goes into great detail--acid and sub-acid fruits, etc. You might be more sensitive tha
