Steve,
If you are reading this.. I really enjoyed your juicing book. The one that had the "waterfall" that looked like carrot juice . It was one of the first juicing books I got. Thank you.

Hi juiceforlife
What do you mean when you say that only some nuts can be soaked for 24 hours. I am curious. Also, what will happen if you dehydrate the soaked nuts. Will it acquire mold due to the heat factor combined with the moisture? What is your experience on this. This is an interesting topic.

the fresh ones look like a very very very miniature teardrop tomato
the taste?
well.. it really depends on what was in the soil
like.. if the soil was salty...then your gojiberries will be salty
but it tastes somewhat between a tomato, a cucumber and a melon

Hi Tai
The salad dressing looks SUPER awesome. Might try that some time. Can you tell me how you sprouted your pumpkin and sunflower seeds? I also love basil. Fresh moringa leaves taste nice to me.

is the silicone better in terms of health than metal?
does silicone leach/erode easily?
i mean..there must have been some studies/ research etc. that they would proudly proclaim silicone is buffering the plastic etc. so that consumers would be willing to shell out the extra bucks to get it for their babies
seems like you did the research

What are the best sources. Coolest ways you eat it? I sometimes just soak it in water .. that's it. Or ... eat it dried. What else does everyone else do with it?
What are your favorite sources.. organic? Do you make a neat salad out of it?
any photos of dishes you made?
me... I'm boring. Just eat it as is.
But, would be nice to look at different options.

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some much wanted information. Okay...so here is the deal. I've been using glass jars that have METAL lids on them for quite some time now. Over the years, I have noticed that my liquids (especially noticeable with just pure water) have this metallic taste to them. This never seems to go away.
So.... I was wondering if anyone knows o
