I was told I had a high rheumatoid count (and potentially rheumatoid arthritis) a couple years back.. This is before I went raw, or perhaps even vegan. I am curious as to what you eat and the kind of

You are still alive, therefore you can change who you are. You can't perfect the past (but remember what you've learned). There's nothing you can't do - if you want it, you can have it. Focus on your successes, no matter how small, continue to ask yourself "what can I do right now to bring myself closer to my ideal lifestyle?"... Cheers

I heartily recommend Victoria Boutenko. Also, I'm having trouble keeping track of all the "Jens" on this board... I hear Marci is a fashionable name. Cheers.

Awesome! I've been vegan like 2 or 3 years and learning about raw the last few months, maybe half a year. It's been pretty awesome. Welcome!

I had some reasonably similar symptoms when I was raw for that long. Here's hoping that your transition is as smooth as possible! I'm still working on it myself (and probably always will be!)

Setting small goals really does seem to work, as well as putting in time to really focus on what you want... I've given up refined sugar entirely... I've had it (in very small amounts) MAYBE twice in the last two weeks. I've also been able to go without salt for quite a few days as well. Add to that the fact that I have had a nice handful of 100% raw days in the last couple months (and I gave up

The best part of my joke is that one of you is named Little Bug..... mmmmm..... haha.. Yeah Rob, I read that in another thread. I do find the idea interesting, although I currently have no real basis for eating bugs.
