Thank you brome for the post. The health of the internal microflora is the key, I have come to learn that over the years.

We cannot just dismiss what Wolf said. Pure veganism does not work. Moderator can you bring Powerlife back. Many miss him.

Let's get serious. Smoothies is not fasting. The first step in healing is to make sure your body is digesting food properly. You have to restore the equilibrium at that level first. Otherwise fasting is painful. Too much seating there trying to get out and no amount of fasting will help. The bad getting into the blood stream. Go first for a cleanse.

If I had to pick between greens or juice and Chlorella, I would pick the greens or juices. If I were low on budget I would not buy organic, I would buy greens cheap and juice them. Your are not going to come out of Chlorella meal and feel full. For about a dollar you can buy a head lettuce or cucumbers and eat it or juice it. Cheap. High water content. Loaded with vitamins.

I do not believe that vitamin tablets are effective, they do not provide the symbiotic relationship found in natural food items. There is so much to choose from naturally.

Then we have to let poisonous snakes live too, lions, tigers, dangerous predators are required to maintain the natural equilibrium of wild life otherwise we would have too many frogs, rats in our backyard. Just trying to protect the bees is not enough folks.

Some of these concerns are unfounded. Maybe this explain why Norman Walker did not live past the 100. I was the carrot juice man.

I do not even think that a small amount is healthy. Maybe it helps us prepare and eat other foods. In that sense it is useful, maybe.

Good point Prism. Conventional medicine will not work too in a contaminated environment where the patient is not cooperating. It is the body that does the healing when given the proper tools, cleanse, and rest.

True it sprouts quickly, the problem is that some of the seeds do not sprout, making them difficult to eat raw. It is very hard to take them out of the batch.
