I weight about 55 kg, if I wanted 1 gram of carbs from bananas alone, how many bananas would I need to eat in an hour? Sorry but my aptitude for maths is quite poor lol

New vid talking about how 5 years on a high raw diet has changed my health and perceptions. In a nutshell, more energy, confidence, motivation. Less prone to being depressed or fed up, more intune with my higher self, calmer emotions etc..

I only eat the remains I use in tea, so they're pretty tasteless. Not much different from any other green. I dare not eat them dry for fear of stinging my tongue.

How many here use stinging nettle or root in their food? Can I eat the root raw or must it be cooked? How do I make a nettle tea/soup?

Or any grass powders for that matter... do you use them? are they a good substitute for fresh supplies or do they lose nutrients due to processing etc..? Wouldnt the powder easily become oxidised?
