Hi all! I do have to say that I do agree with Bryan10 that people could really benefit from studying and reading about raw foods. I have been to a lot of raw food potlucks too, and people who just dive into raw foods without knowing anything, I don't think that it is good for there body (from my opinion). Raw foods may be great, AND, there are so many different ways of eating raw food too.

Thank you all! I just bought some of Norman Walker's books, and you are right! He doesn't eat one cooked meal like that per day! He eats carrot pulp, fruit, soaked dried fruit, with nuts and honey and sometimes cream for breakfast. Carrot juice a lot all day, lunch (from what I read) he eats 1-2 pieces of fruit with celery and avocado, or a salad with juice, fruit, veggies, nuts, dried fru

Hey all! I have a few questions! Here they are: I heard that Norman Walker ate one cooked meal per day, like a rice dish or something like that. And I also hear a lot of raw foodists call Norman Walker a raw foodist. Except for Storm. On Storms blog he says that Norman Walker ate one cooked meal per day (like a rice dish or something) . What do you know about Norman Walker? Do you kn

Thank you all! I know that it is said (a lot of people say it, write it, etc.) that you don't need to bleed to get pregnant. And that even though you are not bleeding, you are still fertile. What the REAL question I am asking is; HAS ANYBODY GOTTEN PREGNANT WHILE EATING RAW FOOD AND NOT BLEEDING? That is the basic question. Thank you for your kindness!

Hey All! I know that on raw food not menstruating (to some) is a sign of a healthy body and to others it is a sign that something is not working right. Well, to end the confusion. HAS ANYONE GOTTEN PREGNANT WHILE NOT MENSTRUATING ON RAW FOOD? Did you start menstrauting again when you fell in love and had all your hormones going? Please share your experiences! Thank you for your kindness

Thank you all! I do believe in different body types and needs. And I feel I need more protein. And I exercise, and then I feel like I need even more then. Wow, I didn't know grains block the absorption of protein! What do all of you recommend for good transitioning foods? Hemp seeds are great. I already eat them. Thank you! Okay, honestly, one reason I am skeptical about foll

lotusblossom9, Thank you! I don't know what a forum like this would think about your transitioning or way of eating. But my advice is to not be hard on yourself! Realize that you are trying and making great changes and taking better steps and choices everyday! Why would you go low fat instead of eat anything raw? Just wondering. Wow, even with a vegetarian diet, you still aren't regul

Hey all! How can I get more protein? Like lots more? Would it be better to eat M*** or a lot of nuts and seeds to get protein? (I mean if you had to make the choice?) I know that a lot of you are not into much protein, AND, I feel like I need way more, and this has led me to eating some M***, and I would love to know some raw foods that give me enough protein! (I wrote M***, for the M w

Thank you all! I have not read Carol Alt's book cover to cover, I have just skipped through it a lot. Yes she does eat raw M*** and raw D****. She is a raw foodist though. I think she might eat sprouted grains like Ezekiel bread, and at Hockey games eat popcorn. But other then occasionally eating some kind of cooked food, I think she is raw. I was just wondering what you thought of the boo

Hi! What were you eating when you were raw before? I think that when people say eat raw food and everything will be all right; is way way way off. And honestly very unresponsible of them to say that. Raw food is just cooked food, but not cooked. So you might still need to eat a wide variety and the right foods for your type. Love and light to all! love
