Mislu, Thanks for the additional info. I found some bands on Amazon that aren't too expensive. I might try them out next month. You're right. I always feel better after taking a shower. Eating anything outside of my normal modified, gluten-free, raw vegan diet makes me sick, too. So sad in a way. I used to really enjoy eating at restaurants and now it's more like punishment. Way over priced f

Mislu, Thanks so much for the info on grounding. At first I was horrified that you were electrifying yourself! Then, I realized you are using the ground portion of the outlet. Whew! Thank goodnes, you're okay. I think I will try to step on the grass barefoot and see what that does. I was afraid of ant bites so I've been avoiding it. Sorry about your bout in the hospital. Grounding remind

Mislu, So glad that you have found what's real for you. Glad that you are better, too. I, myself, came to raw veganism due to health reasons after realizing that doctors couldn't do much to fix my ongoing ailments. Each peron must find their own truth. I would like to know more about your homemade ground pad. I've read about "earthing" but the items were super expensive. Could you p

I use Nutritional Yeast (not completely raw) or Solgar B-Vitamin Complex with Veggie caps (suitable for vegetarians) when out of Nutritional Yeast. I noticed a huge difference once I started using the Nutritional Yeast. My peaches and cream complexion came back. I hadn't realized it had gone away. I also noticed a huge difference once I stopped using sea salt as an additive. My dry lips went away

Hmm. Good post. Maybe this will make those that want to kill us off with radiation but protect their own while keeping the environment in tact will make them think twice about using these dna altering methods on us. If they use such devious methods, they won't be able to eat, either.

Hi Mark, Thanks for sharing a picture That's a lot of caffeine to go into your system all at once. The rectum/colon absorbs more concentrated doses of whatever chemical placed in it. I heard it is a location of choice for some type of drug users. I don't know much but I agree with banana who. I think you overloaded your system. Not sure if the spots will go away. The brownish spots look li

arawnut, Have you looked into whether or not you're anemic? The extreme fatigue I'm talking about doesn't go away with a nap or more sleep. When I first got into raw, there would be some mornings when I would wake up and I felt like a Mac Truck had hit me. I didn't know it was anemia at that time . Only over time did I realize that I had anemia. After supplementing with Iron, I found didn't

clank, Sorry to hear about your financial stress. When I get super nervous/anxious/shakey, I drink St. John's Wort tea. I heat water and take about 1/4 teaspoon or whatever muscle-tests and I make an infusion. It stops the shaking and calms the nerves. You could also do hypnosis audios. I love Steve G Jones's work. You can go to his website and sign up for his updates. Sometimes his audios are

Very interesting, John. Thanks for posting. I've heard a little about Ormus but this clarifies it more. I didn't know about biophotons. I love the part of eating wild herbs. I grow dandelions and plantain on my patio to harvest. I don't eat much of the plantain but I do eat the dandelions. Therese

I found that 10% wasn't sufficient for me. Maybe it worked for others. I agree with fresherthanlife in that greens are more important than fruit which is not the philosophy in 80/10/10 which places a high emphasis on fruit. Also, I found that monitoring my body and the reactions it was having based on the foods I was eating/not eating critical to my life. I could've died if I hadn't paid attentio

rab, It depends on the source of the pain and if it is temporary or constant. In the case of a young boy ripping his reproductive sac, lobelia was used to help the young boy while a quick surgery was performed. The Reiki was applied until the sac was healed. If it is a headache or migraine, there are things that can be done including putting Swedish Bitters on cotton balls on the eyes until

Hi banana who, I've had some good Kalamata olives from the salad bar at our local, upscale grocery store. They don't taste like vinegar so that is the clue. I haven't been able to locate the bottle/container to buy them, however. When I asked someone, they said they didn't know where to buy them in the container so every so often, I take a small container and cover the bottom with the olives and

banana who, I love Aldi's. I cannot usually afford organic so Aldi's is great when they have produce on special for 99 cent or around $1 each. I usually stock up and even freeze if I need. I also like their frozen mixed berries and raspberries. They're great in vegan fruit smoothies. When I had the bad virus that was going around, all I drank all day was the frozen berries blended with purified w

banana who, Once you heat the nettles, the stingers dissipate. I cannot get fresh nettles where I live so I have to buy it dried. I make tea out if it. Nettles eaten are super nutritious but you have to lightly steam them or heat them to remove the stingers. Nettles are a great cleanser and blood builder. I drink it for the healing properties. Anonymous, I don't do wheat grass so I cannot

Hi Alessio, I tried 80/10/10 and it didn't work for me. I had Candida and extreme fatigue. I found out afterwards that I had Celiac's Disease and gluten was the source of the problems: anemia (extreme fatigue source), low thyroid (always cold and rounded face while low weight), digestive issues, female issues, in addition to the Candida. I suggest you check out Dr. Joel Fuhrman's website. You

Hi A, I guess the first question is for what purpose are you using the leaves? I don't know alot about burdock but nettle is used to cleanse the blood. I use nettle in tea. Dandelion is a good bitter green. I use Dandelions in salads and such. I prefer Kale in blended drinks. I don't do wheat or barley grass as I'm allergice to gluten and I'm afraid of the grass although they say they don't

I put my fruit in a brown paper bag over the refrigerator to ripen them. You have to check them every couple of days. Works great for peach, pears, avocados, etc. Bananas are already sprayed to become ripe so allowing them to sit out at room temperature is fine. Tomatoes and pineapple can sit out and ripen at room temperature. Smell, density (softness), and color of the fruit will indicate the

Hi J, Sorry to hear about the loss of your mother and the avarice of your siblings. I had PSTD due to my childhood. What helped was journaling, going to grief counseling, studying psychology and behavior, finding spiritual peace with myself and my creator, studying behavior modification, finding habits that are healthy and calming, listening to subliminals/triliminals and hypnosis audios (Stev

Hi Michele, You can do a spit test to see if you have Candida. I don't think the veggies or the fruit would've caused the Candida. In your post about FF dressing, you stated it was "Asian". Asian typically has soy and sugar in it. I know soy really messes up my hormones. I don't eat any soy products. Sugar is super bad for Candida. These may have contributed ot Candida if you have it.

dns, Outside of raw vegan, according to Dr. Hulda Clark in the "Cure to All Diseases", Asthma is caused by contact with cats and the parasite goes into the respiratory system. To get rid of the parasite, one has to parasite zap with a parasite zapper. If you have more questions on parasites, read her book. Therese

IMHO, True "Canning" involves boiling water to seal the jars. It's wouldn't be really raw. You could dehydrate or store raw food in a sealed or vacuumed-sealed jar but that is not true canning. Therese

I've eaten raw asparagus, too. It's crunchy but strong. Always changes the smell of the urine. I've made raw hummus from sprouted chick peas. I got a lot of gas from it but at least I tried it. Therese

I've tasted the maple sap before and it was very high in sugar. The studies say 1-5%. I felt jittery afterwards and my bones felt like they were creaking just like when I eat something too sweet in the morning. The presenters made coffee with the sap and it didn't need sweetner, it as that sweet. I didn't drink the cofee, just the sap, but my friend at the time tasted it and he said it was s
