There was never a time when family members where excited for a meal of herbs or cayenne. These are not foods as in A is not B.

Before getting to know what a passata is, I am trying to understand why a tomato needs to be cooked. In any recipe, you can get the same result with uncooked tomato.

Bean sprouts are a problem if you are trying to recover from illness, they are hard to digest. Other sprouts such as alfafa and micro-greens should be fine.

I am feeding myself on pizzas, burgers, cookies, my weight is not coming down and when I get to the scale, I am supposed to see how beautiful I am, how my friends love me and everything is ok because that is what matters. There is something called reality check that is good for us sometimes.

The body will return to its normal natural weight when it is given its natural raw food. We all have different frames, some smaller some bigger but for that frame there is a natural body weight. We are not talking about the added fat from poor eating. If I am ill and go to the doctor, I want him to tell me what I have, the truth. He can still tell me I am beautiful or that he loves me. That is a

Nature has it right. You cannot find find fruit or veggies which are fat and sugar in equal proportion. When they are fat such as coconut there is less sugar. When they are sugar they have very little fat. The health food store wants to create a new type, nuts and dates. So why not go with the flow that is given naturally.

They violate the fundamental principle of food combining. Thou shall not combine fat with sugar. These bars have nuts in the them and dates and other ingredients So why search for health food store to pay for something that is not digestible or takes hours to digest.

We are talking about the celebration of life and application of the knowledge acquired. No game. I had a pound of cherries and couple of bananas for lunch yesterday, today grapes and some avocadoes, pineaples are waiting for another day, young coconut, berries, tomatoes, the excitement is endless... You do not have to look for health food stores, these fruits and veggies are around the block.

You got a point jodi. But if you say "i can eat corn all by itself an see undigested corn in my poos .. i can eat lettuce all by itself and see undigested leafy cellulose in my poos .. does this mean im not absorbing anything or digesting it ?" then you have a problem digesting food.

These are nutritionally dense foods, but they are dried. That is good and bad. Your body is 70-80 percent water, it thrives on food with the same composition. Eating and drinking is not the same as eating raw food that has water.
