It does not make it true because it was repeated 100 times. The earth being the center of the universe was repeated at least a million of times in the past. Science uses animals that biological similarities with us to do studies and trials and many drugs, health instruments are based on those studies, to dismiss anything not usable because humans are different is the wrong approach.

It is not a good idea not to clean after juicing and it does not take that long to clean. And you do not want your next juice to be contaminated with the germs in the pulp of the juice who made before. The dried pulp may hurt the functioning of your machine in the long run.

Some people are 100 percent raw so for them it may be an issue. Normally enzymes do not die at 105, it does not matter how long you keep them at that temperature. Food stay in dehydrators for 24 hours or more at that temperature without killing enzymes. As far as cooking rice is concerned there a new variety of rice that require no cooking will be on the market soon.

There may be some other "HARD TO GET" elements you may not be aware of. Not discoverd yet. The solutions to all of these unkowns is to eat fresh raw and monitor how your body feels, it will tell you if something is missing or not. When you get into calories counting, mineral x, mineral y, that mental exercise will make you miserable

If some nutrients are "HARD TO GET" are they really necessary? Mother nature will be so unwise.

I actually spend less at my local store One cellery bunch : 1.29 two pounds of carrots: 1.29 One cabbage Head: 1.49 Two pounds of banana: 0.98 That is for enough juice for the day and smoothies. Another variation: I do buy raw sunflower seeds at walmart 10 pound bag will cost about 5 dollars enough for growing indoor sunflower greens for days which make you buy less of the abov

It depends on if I am staying home or going to work. When I am going to work in the morning, I juice 1/2 head of cabbage and 1/2 celery bunch. That will give about 2 pints of juice, I drink some while I am getting ready for work and take another pint with me in the car, in a container, and drink some while driving. When I am home, I can juice the whole cabbage head and the whole celery bunch and

I drink cabbage juice almost daily but I always drink it right away or within a hour or less. I do not drink cabbage juice by itself. I juice cabbage with celery and cucumber, by itself it may be too strong. Cabbage and celery complements each other very well, calcium, magnesium, and sodium.

The benefits of raw food are huge. The five sense organs--eyes, ears, nose, skin, tongue--become more receptive, alive. You are born again with a greater sensitivity to life in all forms. The results for me have been more potent on a liquidarian diet coupled with intermittent fasting.

Veganism is good approach to living just that it does not work unless you can supplement properly and most do not know how to do that. And there are many cases like that.

The problem is that most have conditioned themselves into spices, garlic, pepper, so fresh rawness is not sufficient for them. They are missing SAD but do not want to go back and yet them claim to be raw.

Actually this is very simple. 1) Raw 2) High water content 3) Nutritious The foods that combines all of these 3 attributes are indoor greens. Indoor greens are highly digestible, organic, fresh. That is the basis of Brian Clement system. I am not talking about bean sprouts but greens you grow indoor in soil.
