yup, although if I remember right, some cannot be stored by the body for long, so its important to have a balanced diet, which from what ive seen, for most people, almost seems EASIER as a vegan, tad bit more difficult on 100% raw, but not as hard as many professionals ive seen try to make it out as...one just needs a decent variety of yummy foods

the cheap blenders work, they get the job done, and if taken care of very well they can even last for quite awhile... till recently ive only owned cheep blenders, but the blendtec I purchased, works soooooooooo much better than my old oster, smoothie in 30 seconds that took closer to 2 minutes with my old blender to get smooth, when making a smoothie with kale and frozen banana its completely smo

wildfires are damn scary, especially if they come really fast out of nowhere and your not sure which road to take to get away, and you choose one and you go down it and then find that its surrounded by giant burning trees that are all falling down, and you turn around go back the other way and the next road is blocked...you start to really panic then, feeling trapped, images of being burned alive

id marinate them in the citrus of your choice... basically treat them like tiny cabbages... I like a marinade of lime juice, jalapeno, garlic, and some chopped cilantro... but that might just be me, and I dont know how well this would work with brussels sprouts vs cabbage which I normally use this with...

Physical restraint of an out of control child can cause far more harm to them than pepper spray, even gently holding a child, if he doesnt stop freaking out, he can severely injure himself, where as pepper spray just causes temporary albeit very horrible discomfort and pain, during my previous job there have been kids ive had to work with that when they threw fits, all you could is lock them in t

I know, most people do, raw or not raw...I dont get why I dislike it so much,lol... its funny but I think it may be MOSTLY texture that is an issue for me, I am very sensitive to texture in foods...as when I think about just the flavor components it sounds good, but then I eat papaya...and im just like "blech!"

banana, you do lose social security benefits if you are no longer a resident of the U.S>, to remain a resident you have to pay rent or own a home in the U.S., and If I remember right, stay there 6+ months per year, otherwise you are no longer a resident, and not able to receive benefits... at least this is what was told to my father when he was thinking of moving to Canada, that is the only re

thats interesting, I personally think the fear of carcinogens and whatnot in mushrooms is do more to western mushroom phobia than any real danger, considering most cultures that eat large amounts of wild mushrooms, tend to have fairly low levels of cancer, then again that could be do to 1 of a billion other possible reasons, things that offset any possibly negative effects of mushrooms... so int

I cant say about ALL mushrooms, but ive been eating raw mushrooms most of my life, in LARGE amounts, primarily Boletes of various types, mostly young king and queens(basically the same as a Porcini)... and chanterelles, hedgehogs, and matsutake, the rest I usually eat cooked, and even these sometimes cooked or gently grilled... but mostly I just love the flavor and texture raw, or marinated...mm
