I used to eat between 5,000 to 6,000 calories a day back when I played competitive tennis, but I was also exercising 7 to 8 hours every day. Nowadays, I only exercise 2 to 3 and sometimes 4 to 5 hours a day and I usually eat around 3,000 to 3,500 calories.
