ELIAS: This would be a difficult expression to engage for most individuals, for these individuals are choosing to experience their reality in a very different manner. In that, they are one of most self-directin

I agree with you Kwan, positive thinking movement is very surface oriented. When we get passed that phase we realise how vast our consciousness really is. Consciously diving into the fear/suffering and accepting is what allows that energy to transmute back into wholeness.

They will clearly stick out and poke you if you don't accept the situation and make peace with it. No longer can you say "why me? Why is this happening to me?". I had to look at my habitual thought patterns/beliefs and gradually disspate that energy by accepting a

I recommend Abraham-Hicks CDs, they demystify all the theories on OBE, non-physical, other realms, ghosts etc. I do notice I remember my dreams alot more when I take my Magnesium-Calcium supplement.

Wassup F1, I agree we entirely make too big of a fuss over food by analysing it to an extreme. Its good to do this when you are first getting started but once you lock on to your groove then just flow. Food is just a fraction of the lifestyle equation. Peace!

Prism, I feel you, I'm facing a harsh winter here as well and I'm extremely sensitive. It's always good to look at your situation from a positive perspective. This is what I am doing, I'm treating the winter as a hibernation project where I get to catch up on movies, books, drawing, programming, exercise

Well, winter has finally come and they are already saying that this could be the harshest Canadian winter since 1994, so naturally I would like to start using my oven. My oven reads the heat settings from 1-10, it doesn't list the degrees anywhere. I would like to keep the enzymes in my food and I know I cannot heat it above 110 degrees. I just don't know anyway of doing this, if someone could

I'm not sure what is up Kit but I am determined to find answers. Sweating is an excellent way to detox and give the skin nourishment. My skin feels dry & uncomfotable til I get a very light sweat going. So far I have found that sweating might be a practice related thing, if we exercise regularly we will sweat regularly and body will become used to sweating and sweat more so everythime. so

I find I have to put forth ALOT of efforts into my workouts to sweat, whereas other people start sweating right away. So, how can I help myself sweat more? I know my body is asking for it since my skin has been dry and tight.

I love to dissipate my thought based self and come back to the essential me when I get caught up in the thinking-thinking-thinking treadmill. This really helps alter perception and see everything much more clearly. I find Jon Kabat Zinn and Adyashanti guided meditation CDs to be very helpful.
