I agree that 30 days is too early to tell. But also, there are lots of things in the standard raw diet that impede healing, things like high fat, salt, bad food combining, simulating super foods, non-raw items like maple syrup, nutritional yeast, miso, nama shoyu, questionably raw nuts, etc. To see how you can build health with the raw diet, check out the health building information at Raw Foo

banana who, a netbook ought to be fast and powerful enough for word processing. As for durability, in terms of dropping the netbook, I don't think its any worse than a laptop. At newegg there are a bunch of new netbooks for $300 with a 10 inch screen, 250 meg disk, and 1 Gb ram. But for $360, you can get a 12 inch screen, 320 meg disk, and 2 Gb ram. A netbook is a low powered laptop without a DVD or cd drive. They use the intel atom processor, that is good enough for browsing the web, doing word processing, or playing a YouTube. You wont be able to do some of the more cpu intensive operations, say like video editing. Some have really small keyboards and screens. But there are some netbooks with larger screens and keyboards.

Ive done a 2.5 day dry fast. It was fine for me, but I wouldn't recommend it to others. Anyone eating salt regularly should definitely not do a dry fast.

WorkoutMan, Its funny, Luka never mentions mucoid plaque. He talks about the toxins that were eliminated via his digestive system, which is to be expected, but he never talks about those ropey things that come out (which is called mucoid plaque) when people do their psyllium cleanses.

One of the sources of emotional pain is the feeling of being separate from others. Ultimately, this separation from others is actually a separation from our true self, which though we can never really be apart from our true self, we can feel like we are. And what is it that makes us feel this separation? This feeling of separation all stems from the mind, the ego, and the thoughts and beliefs

I was on 30 bananas a day and found this ebook called How I Clobbered Every Bureaucratic Cash-Confiscatory Agency Known To Man: A Spiritual Economics Book on $$$ and Remembering Who You Are by Mary Elizabeth Croft. It explains how most of the debt we incur is not really a contract between two people and is not really an obligation. This book is an eye opener.

Unripe pineapple can be very caustic and painful to eat, and even create sores or ulcers in the mouth. In general in the US, I would avoid pineapple unless is smells very sweet and delicious. The riper the pineapple, the less it causes the burning sensation. It best to eat pineapple when you are in the tropics and you have a very ripe one to eat. Unripe kiwis can also be challenging. If they a

It is definitely not the only factor. I think the toxin content of foods is also important, as well as freshness, ripeness, wholeness, and rawness. But one thing is for sure, if we are acidic, our body will start dissolving our bones and teeth to neutralize that acidity.

Arnold Ehret, with his advice to eliminate mucus forming foods, found that the foods that alkaline forming were healthier than the foods that were acid forming, and that acid forming and mucus forming were nearly one and the same. If you look at the list of acidic foods on the youtube of Dr Young, the animal products and grains etc, these are indeed unhealthy foods. That being said, taking

Most of the diseases that are now gone which were attributed to vaccinations disappeared because of the changes in the hygiene practices of society, the advent of modern sewage systems and toilets, the availability of clean (mostly) untainted water and food. So these vaccines get credit for stuff they didn't solve, but if fact were solved by the understanding of creating conditions for healthy

I eat a lot of fruit. Not 100% of my diet, as I eat lots of salads and vegetables. But what I notice that raw foodists who eat lots of fruit feel so good that they don't feel like they need to take supplements. Low fruit raw foodists, on the other hand, often load up on the supplements. I don't consider taking some B12 or D as loading up, but rather buying all the superfoods and various raw suppl

Actually, one brazil nut a day would probably be enough. Also, most nuts have a poor omega-6 to omega-3 ratio. Some of the better choices of fats for getting omega-3 would be hemp seeds, chia seeds, or walnuts. Flax seeds are high in omega-3, but I don't think they are a great food (I get a bit of sore throat from eating them).

I don't think animals in the wild use cars, washing machines, electric appliances, and other labor saving machines that make us humans nearly sedentary and weak. They need to work for their food and shelter and transportation. Humans, on the other hand, have remote controls for their televisions so they don't have to make the effort to walk from their couch to their TV screens.

It may be that some mornings you are less hungry than others, depending on what you ate the night before. I would recommend checking in with yourself before you eat and ask yourself (and feel inside) "am I really hungry?". If you aren't really hungry, could just try drinking some plain water at that point, and then check in again in an hour or so. I am not recommending denying yourself,

Here's some hemp nog: Hemp Nog For 1 serving: 1/4 cup hemp seeds 5-6 dates 1 banana dash of nutmeg dash of vanilla 12 oz water If you don't have a powerful blender (like a VitaMix), you will need to grind the hemp seeds first in coffee grinder. Soft dates like Barhi wetpacks work well, but if
