Agree with others that the body is healing in the way ot knows best. I wouldn't take any drug, just let the body heal.

read the 80/10/10 diet by Dr Graham and you will be inspired. He is a top athlete. i agree with the others: eating fruit and vegetables as nature provides them is the way to go.

Do you go easily? if you do i wouldn't be unhappy with once a day. Try good quality swedish bitters capsules: 1-2 morning and night if necessary. And a probiotic schedule. It's taken me 6 months but now I'm noticing improvement at last. They say drinking more water helps, although it doesn't help me. Prunes usually help. And pear juice. oh and I wouldn't necessarily agree with having

I've talked with someone who went raw and it took a whole year on 100% raw, i think. i'm not sure exactly what she did but i know it took her a whole year and she got very thin.

Hi, nuts: I only sprout almonds for almond milk, the others I grind up into tiny bits for better digestion. bars: if raw bars help you initially in the transition to raw than I say get some. i stuck a watercress plant in my garden and it has created tonnes of little watercress plants - they are coming up everywhere! I'm not sure if this helps. watercress is very good for you.
